Quality Assurance
Tested bugs non stop in order to ensure that our product was as bug free as possible.
Cuts
I simplified the concept to be reduced down to its core functionality so as to better showcase the idea. Our original scope would have pushed the team too hard and I wanted to make sure their health was at the forefront of my concerns.
Managed Testing
This was a difficult game to test as it needed two individuals to play and cameras to be properly utilized. I governed the testing process and made sure players understood the rules so the process went smoothly. I also made sure we sourced equipment such as extra phones to utilize as makeshift webcams so we could open more testing stations.
Organization
I kept us on a tight timeline to track our progress and make sure we kept up with stakeholder expectations. Our product was very different and I wanted to make sure at every milestone that we were keeping at a solid pace.
